Coursed squared gritstone, corrugated asbestos roof. 2 storeys, 5 bays.
3 doors with tie-stone jambs, external steps right to first-floor door with
tie-stone jambs; square pitching door far left. Right return: square
pitching eye to first floor. Interior not inspected at resurvey. Included
for group value.
