House. C17, altered mid C20. Red sand stone random rubble part rendered first floor, colour washed right return,
steeply pitched pantiled roof, hipped roof projection on facade, originally stair turret, brick stack right gable end
and between first and second bays left. Plan altered, probably 3 cell and cross passage, entrance third bay left, 2
rooms left, kitchen right, stair turret projeciton, entrance now right return gable end, outshot at rear. 2 storeys,
5:1 bays; first floor C17 style cruciform windows, small glazed opening second bay right beside projection, similar
below, three 16 pane sash windows left, another C20 window end left, inserted C17 style window in projecting bay. Right
return two early C19 2-light leaded iron casements first floor, 2 small C20 windows, pierced, gable trelliswork wooden
porch, half glazed plank door set to right of fireplace. Interior not viewed. Court illustrates the house in 1922
before alteration. (Court, West Somerset in Tines past, n.d).
