Late C17/early C18 altered. 2 storeys and attic. Painted rubble. Pantile roof.
L-plan with one bay to left, 2 window gable projecting one bay to right. Glazing
bar sashes with segment heads and keyed architraves to 1st floor of gable, blind
arch above (for former hoist). Wrought-iron balcony to 1st floor left-hand window,
paired windows below with section of circa 1700 cornice (possibly redressed). Door
in angle with moulded flat hood. Ground floor of gable had 3 arched openings, now
altered for garage entrance. The gabled wing used to be a malthouse in the C19.
Cast-iron lamp post of local ornamental pattern on pitched path in front.
Gabled extension to rear. Attic has a blocked 2-light mullion window; paired glazing
bar sashes below.
