Cottage. Mid C17. Roughly coursed random rubble Doulting stone. Stone slate gabled roof common with No.6 Chapel Row (qv), brick chimney stack to right hand. Two storey, two window front with central entrance. Six-panel door set in chamfered stone frame two- and three-light casement windows with glazing bars in chamfered, and chamfer moulded stone mullion frames.
