Barn. Later C18. Brown brick with steep roof now of corrugated
asbestos. A tall double-barn facing W, with 2 projecting gabled
brick porches. 10-bays in all with porches in 3rd bay from each
end. Double doors in each porch and in rear wall opposite. A
brick cross-wall divides the barn into equal parts. Exterior
walls have blind arcades with one round-headed recess to each bay
on each side of building. Wider round headed recess on each end
with circular brick ventilation grill and brick-moulded open
pediment to gable. Similar open pediment to each porch with
circular recess. Simple king-post roof with one purlin to each
slope.
