Farmhouse. C17. Local stone coursed rubble, with ashlar facade; plain clay tile roof over stone slate base courses;
brick chimney stacks. Closed 'U'-plan. 2 storeys with basement. 3 bays South elevation. Chamfer mullioned windows,
3-light to outer bays, lower windows possibly deepened later and having hood moulds: former 2 light window to upper
centre bay has had mullion removed and casement window inserted; below this a projecting porch approached by wide
tapering flight of 11 steps, with coped gable front having ball finial, flat arched doorway and bench seats inside:
plinth to bay 3 only: to basement bay 1 small double light cellar window and plain doorway. Other elevation to match,
with single storey C20 extension on West side masked by wing wall with cambered arched opening. Interior not seen.
