Two attached houses. Early to mid C17, extended late C17 or early C18,
altered C20. Timber frames. Rendered, scored to resemble ashlar. Steeply
pitched thatched and shingled roofs. 3 cell lobby entry range to left, 1
storey and attic. Taller 2 bay lobby entry range to right, 2 storeys.
Plinth. Entrance to left of centre on left range in a later glazed and
boarded porch, flanking 3 light small pane flush frame casements with 2
lights to right. Two 2 light inserted dormers with raking heads in
shingled roof. Rebuilt ridge stack behind entrance. Taller bays to right
have entrance to left with later porch, 2 lights over entrance. Right
bay has 3 light flush frame small pane casements. An insurance marker on
first floor. Rebuilt ridge stack behind entrance. An entrance in early
hipped outshut addition on right end. Left gable end early casement
window. To rear left a long mullioned casement window with a later
outshut. To rear right a catslide roof over original continuous lean-to
outshut, rebuilt brick rear wall. Interior not inspected.
