Late C18 house. Ashlar facade to stuccoed building with timber framed wing at rear.
Slate hipped roof and moulded stone eaves cornice. Three storeys. Three-bays. Sash
windows with glazing bars, second floor smaller, ground floor 3-light sashes. Central
stone pilastered doorway with broken pediment, semi-circular fanlight with radial
glazing bars and flush panel door. Flight of 4 steps to doorway.
Including front area railings, shafts with spear heads and stanchion with urns.
Interior: largely unspoilt but modest. Staircase with stick balusters, column newel
and moulded handrail. Moulded plaster ceiling cornices and original joinery including
doors, architraves, and corner cupboard with pilasters.
