Cottage. Early C19. Local lias stone cut and squared; clay pantiled roof between coped gables; brick end chimney
stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays. 2-light, 16-pane, casement windows, the lower with gauged stone flat arches and central
keystones, the upper single stone lintols with 'keystone' worked on; plain central boarded door flanked by 2 raking
buttresses to first floor cill height. Outshut to rear; derelict plain building against north gable. Interior not seen.
2 metres from house, to south of entrance door, a 5 metre length of stone plank walling using local stone slabs.
