Raised barn. Early C19, altered to a 'tea barn' in early C20, now a
store. Timber frame, dark weatherboarded, raised on rows of dressed
limestone staddles. with pitched slate roof. A tall large rectangular
barn raised on 6 x 13 staddle stones on W side of yard facing E. E front
has 2 pairs of double doors. One pair in middle of N end and probably
originally similar at S end before small extension added for former cafe
use. Leaded windows inserted. Moulded brackets at corners of barn.
