Barn, now a house. Early C17, coverted to house 1980's. Timber frame on
brick sill in English bond, dark weatherboarded with a steep hipped
thatch roof. A 3-bay barn formerly facing S with projecting porch in
middle, now facing N and converted to a single-storey house with barn
structure complete above normal height ceiling. 3-bay structure with
jowled posts, long curved braces and clasped-purlin roof with inclined
queen-struts. Cambered tie-beams. Face-halved bladed scarf in wallpate.
Straight tension braces in end walls.
