Pair of cottages. C18 or earlier. Sandstone rubble with thatched roof.
1½ storeys with dormers. No. 9 is a 2 unit plan, possibly
since the facade is stepped slightly to left of the doorway, with quoins
to this angle. No. 7 is a single unit plan, with a later flat roofed
single storey extension linking it to No. 5. 3-light casement windows with
heavy timber lintel roughly chamfered. Gabled and axial stacks. Large
stepped stones forming gable.
