Detached cottage. C17, modified in C20. Ham stone roughly cut and squared, ashlar dressings; thatched roof with plain
gables; stone rubble chimney stacks. Two storeys, 2 bays. 0volo-mould mullioned windows, 2 light above with hoodmoulds,
and 3 light below with labels, all rectangular leaded; between bays a C20 stone and thatched porch with panelled outer
door and weatherboarded gable. A 3-light leaded casement window to north gable, and a C20 casement to south gable; C20
extension to rear, on south-east corner. Interior not seen.
