2 houses; formerly the Rectory, now subdivided. Mid C19. Coursed rubble
stone with quoins and stone dressings and Collyweston slate roof with
moulded stone ridge stacks, one of 5 linked flues. Irregular gabled
composition. Boyton House, to left, of 2½ storeys of 4 6/6 sash windows.
3-light stone mullion window in gable. Door in 1 storey extension to
left. The Old Rectory, to right, of 2 storeys of 4 windows, 3-light stone
mullion, 3-light stone mullion and transom staircase window and 2 2/2
sashes. Door and 1 storey projecting extension below. 2 storey canted
bay and sashes to rear. from right corner extending towards Church (q.v.),
wall c2m high. Included for group value with Church and Luffenham Hall
(q.v.).
