Early C18 house. 2-storeys and attics. Chequered brick in red and
blue. Stone slates. 2 dormers. 3 windows with hung sashed and
stone cills, straight brick arches. Stone plinth with capping.
Stone band between storeys. Central doorway with cemented architrave
and modern glass door. C19 extension to the East with 2-storeys,
2 windows and modern doorway on ground floor.

No 37 shall be amended to read Nos 35 and 37
