Circa 1830. Three storeys stuccoed, the ground floor rusticated parapet concealing
roof. End pilasters rising through all floors, frieze, cornice and blocking
course. Two windows. Sashes with glazing bars. Cast iron balcony to first
floor. Doric portico with panelled door.
