Semi-detached house. Mid-late C18. Coursed squared and dressed
limestone, concrete tile to garden front. C20 ashlar stacks.
Rectangular plan with stairs projection at rear. C20 lean-to
conservatory to garden front, not of special interest. Symmetrical
garden front; 2 storeys and attic. Three-windowed facade, all 2-
light casements with glazing bars and elongated keystones. Two 2-
light roof dormers; C20 sky-light between the dormers. Central
C20 part-glazed door within flat-chamfered surround with elongated
keystone. Stacks at gable ends. Datestone with inscription 'WMM
1719' incorporated within stairs projection. Two-light stone-
mullioned casement carved out of single stone block to stairs
projection. C20 steel casement with leaded panes above. Stacks at
gable ends. Interior not inspected but contains C20 staircase.
