14/51 The Gables
II

House. C17 and C19. Timber framed and plastered. Plain tile
roofs. End stack to right hand and four stacks. Two storeys;
C17 hall and cross wing to right hand with staircase hall and
wing added to left hand in C19. Gables of wings to street. Two
first floor twelve-paned flush framed hung sash windows and
three similar ground floor windows; main entrance single
storeyed between wings and single storey addition in angle to
right hand with hung sash windows. Interior details largely C19
with exposed C17 timber frame and boxed beams.
