1 house, now 2. c1830. Coursed rubble with sandstone ashlar dressings,
stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 1:4 bays, first bay projecting. Between
second and third bays, projecting single-storey ashlar porch with flat-
headed Tudor arch with decorated spandrels and lead flat roof; two C20 inner
doors. 3-light double-chamfered mullion windows with hoodmoulds and
diamond-paned leaded casement lights. First bay is quoined, and has string
below embattled parapet and 2-light windows in right return. Stacks with
rusticated cornices and octagonal pots with patterned motifs at left end and
between second and third and third and fourth bays. Left return: to main
house, ground-floor window of 3 stepped pointed lights with plate tracery to
heads pierced by 2 small circles to inner spandrels.
