NZ 60 NE WESTERDALE MAIN STREET East side

6/137 Duncombe Farmhouse and cottage adjoining to north GV II

Farmhouse and 2 cottages, now house and 1 cottage. Mid C18. Coursed squared tooled sandstone; pantiled roofs, stone ridge and gable copings, kneelers and stacks.

Two storeys, 3 windows each. Plinth. One panelled and one boarded door, central in farmhouse, off-centre in cottage, with plain overlights. Cottage at left has modern pivoted casements, house has late C19 sashes, all in original openings. Sprocketed eaves, square kneelers, 2 end and 2 ridge chimneys, all corniced.
