SU 74 SE BINSTED STATION ROAD

Small house. C17, and early C19. Mixed walling and a tile roof. Symmetrical
front (south) of 2 storeys, 2 windows. Roof ½-hipped at the west end. Tile-
hung upper wall, lower of painted brickwork. Casements. Gabled wood porch.
The prominent east gable has exposed framing in its upper part. The west side
as a C20 garage outshot.
