Farmhouse, now house. Mid C17, altered. Rubble with ashlar dressings, pantile roof with stone slates at eaves. 2 storeys with rear outshut, cross-passage plan, 4 first-floor windows. Quoins. In third bay, C20 part-glazed door recessed within quoined moulded ashlar surround with triangular head and hood-mould. Above, blocked keyed oculus. C20 casement windows, that on ground floor in second bay with jambs and hood-mould of 2-light mullion window, those in first bay on both floors with remnants of similar surrounds. Shaped kneelers, ashlar copings. Brick stacks at ends and to left of door. Left return: stepped external stack; blocked first-floor single-light window surround. Interior: cambered stop-chamfered first-floor beams. Inglenook fireplace with baffle to rear in ground-floor room to left of cross passage.
