Former barn and outbuilding. Early C19 in grey stock brick with grey slate roof. Projecting wing to south. White brick bands. Two small original casements to road front, the lower one with gauged brick arch. Small end gable window with recessed tympanum below triangular arch in white brick. Side purlin roof.
