Wrongly shown on OS map as Bourton Farm. Detached house. Early
C19. Rendered chalk and flint, Welsh slate hipped roof,
ashlar stack to left, brick stack to right. 2-storey, 3-window
symmetrical front. Central 4-panelled door with glazed top panels,
in panelled recess, to either side is 12-pane flush sash. First
floor has three 12-pane flush sashes with moulded cases. Deep eaves
to hipped roof. Right return has two French windows to ground floor
and two sashes to first floor, attached is C20 conservatory. Left
return has one sash to first floor. Rear has C20 metal casements
and one sash to first floor.
Interior has shutters to windows, reeded fireplace surround with
rosettes in room to right of door, stairs with stick balusters and
moulded handrail.
