House. Early C17, timber framed and plastered with C19 red brick front on south
elevation. Roofs are gabled with peg tiles. Of complex plan form, basically
L-shaped but with a 2 storey block in the internal angle with a black boarded
gable. The C19 south front has paired double hung sashes under segmental brick
arched heads and a C20 lean-to enclosed extension with gabled porch. Windows
are otherwise C20 casements with leaded lights and there is a ridge line stack
on the western and later range. A 2 bay house of the early C17 with flat
section joists, unjowled posts and some reused timber.
