Farmhouse; C15 or early C16 core with alterations of late C16 and later. 3-
cell cross-passage entrance plan. 2 storeys. Timber-framed and plastered.
Plain tiled roof; an internal end chimney of C17/C18 red brick to left and a
C19 axial chimney to right. Mid C19 windows: small pane casements at 1st
storey, and small-pane sashes below. Mid C19 6-panelled door at cross-entry
position; a stable-type boarded door to right. At ground storey is a part of
an open truss of a medieval open hall with shafts beneath the lower part of
arch-braces. An inserted floor in the hall has late C16 chamfered joists.
Remainder of interior not examined.
