GV II

Farmhouse. C17 wing and early C19 front range with C20 additions. Much
altered C20. Timber framed and plastered with colour washed brick face.
Plain-tiled hipped roof. Rear earlier wing has pantiled roof. L plan, lobby
entrance. 2 storeys. 5 window range. Sashes in flush frames with glazing
bars; extreme left hand window has higher cill. Entrance porch with Tuscan
pilasters, entablature and pediment. 6 fielded panelled door with rectangular
fanlight over. Brick plat band. Red brick axial stack. Rear wing has
scattered fenestration: C20 casements. Boarded door with gauged brick arch.
Rear of front range has outshut and 2 storey flat roofed C20 extruded corner.
Some interior stopped chamfered beams exposed.
