5/27 The Old Bakery
II
3 cottages. C18 - early C19. Timber framed, replaced with brick
externally. Thatched roof. Single storey and attic, 5 bays with
end return of 3 bays on right and 1 single-storey bay on left.
Boarded door to central cottage, other doors in gables. Timber
casement windows and some leaded. Stacks between bays 1 and 2, and
4 and 5. Thatch swept over 4 dormers and hipped at ends.
Interior: Timber framed partitions and spine beams.
