Cottage. C17. Timber framed with brick noggins on high flint sill, partly replaced in brick. Thatched roof. Single-storey and attic. Three bays, set gable to street. Thatch extended down over C20 porch on right elevation and single-bay extension on side of front bay. Rear extended in line with single storey outbuildings. Frame 2 panels high with corner braces. Brick stack between centre and rear bays. Two dormers. Thatch half-hipped.
