L plan block of farmhouse and cottages dating back to mid C17 and probably of earlier origin, associated with Esholt Priory and subsequently the estate. In two builds. Coursed gritstone with roughly dressed quoins. Stone slate roofs, saddlestone and shaped kneelers. Large corniced chimneys. Wooden gutter spout to south gable end. Some alterations to fenestration in late C18 and early C19. Two light chamfered mullion windows to south front with square mullions to circa 1800 extension of Crow Trees House. Squared jamb doorways, but Crow Trees House retains chamfered doorway with lintel inscribed "P. over N B 1661", under gabled stone porch inscribed "Restored 1881". East front of 5 windows, circa 1800 square mullions. Squared jamb doorways. Barn wing to west, gritstone with stone slates.
