SPO5SE SALFORD PRIORS WEETHLEY GATE

Toll house. 1826 (County Sites and Monuments Record). Whitewashed brick,
slate hipped roof with eaves brackets and central brick chimney. 2-unit plan
with canted end to road. One storey, 2 windows in canted sides; centre blank.
Entrance in left return side has late C20 door. Original segmental arched
casements with glazing bars to front and sides. Interior not inspected. Late
C20 addition to rear. Prominent position at road junction.
