Mid C19 in Italianate style. Stucco. 3 storeys, sill band, entablature with consoles
to cornice, balustraded parapet. 5 casement windows in architrave surrounds under
segmental pediments on consoles. Top floor windows 2 light in plain surrounds.
Modern ground floor office front.

No 20A, Nos 20 to 25 (consec) and No 1 North Street form a group.
