(Formerly listed as No 1A (Priory Close) NEWTOWN and gatepiers to left of No 1A).

C17. Later alterations and restoration. Coursed rubble, stone-tiled roof, eaves, end gable with coping and saddle stone. Two-storey, three windows and circular opening with leaded casement to first floor. Restored stone-mullioned casements to ground floor, later wood casements to first floor. Flat-pointed chamfered stone door opening, ribbed and studded door, elliptical-headed wide archway to left with modern doors. Further to the left are two ashlar gatepiers with triangular pediments on four sides at top. Also a side doorway with parapet and coping over. Four-panel wooden door.

Priory Lodge with its boundary walls, the Priory Barn and Nos 1A to 3 (consec) form a group.
