Farmhouse. Mid C17 with C20 alterations. Regular coursed ironstone rubble.
Steeply pitched C20-tile roof. Red and blue brick shafts on stone based ridge
and end stacks. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys. 3-window range. Entrance to right has
plank door, wood lintel and hood. Ground floor has C20 windows with wood lintels
and a 3-light stone mullioned window with hood mould and label stops. First
floor has C20 windows with wood lintels. Left end has two 3-light and a 2-light
(blocked) stone mullioned windows with C20 casements. Interior has beams and
inglenook fireplace with bread oven. Once known as College Yard.
