C18 or earlier L-shaped house. 2 storeys red brick. 2 windows to each wing,
Hipped tiled roof. In the angle of the 2 wings is half a wide chimney breast,
probably earlier than the facade. Sash windows with glazing bars intact. Doorcase
in moulded architrave surround with panelled reveals and flat hood over supported
on brackets. Door of 6 fielded panels.

The Mill House. Water Mill and Mill Cottage form a group.
