Early/Mid C19. Coursed rubble with ashlar dressings and quoins. 2 storeys.
3 bays, the centre one projecting as a half-hexagon with a door in the centre,
all other faces with windows. 2 light mullion sash windows, 4-centred doorway,
all with drip moulds over. Hipped slate roof. Formerly a turnpike toll-house.
