Shop and dwelling. Late C19. Flemish bond brick. Old plain-tile roof has ridge
cresting; brick end stacks. L-plan with wing on left to rear. 3 storeys;
3-window range. Full-width moulded and painted wood shop front has pilaster
panels and consoles to left and right, and entablature with curved ends. Two
half-glazed 4-panelled doors and overlights; left door has panelling to right. 3
canted bay windows formerly with curved glazing to sides. First floor has plate
glass sashes. Second floor has 6-pane sashes. Chamfered stone lintels have
incised scroll ornament and hood moulds. Band of paired moulded tiles below
eaves. Interior not inspected.
