Cottage, formerly two. 1675, with early C19 alterations and right range. Coursed ironstone. Slate roof; brick ridge stack. 4-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic. Left 2-window range has stone-mullioned windows with hood moulds, 4-light on ground floor, with mullions removed on right, 3-light on first floor. Right 2-window range has late C20 half-glazed door and open porch. Flanking windows. Painted wood lintels. Late C20 casements. Left return side has 3-light mullioned windows, and early C19 attic casement. Interior: 2 stepped-stop broad-chamfered beams, one dated 1675. Stone open fireplace.
