New Laithe
II
Originally a two cottage-laithe house, now one. Early C19. Thin coursed hammer-dressed stone, stone slate roof. Two storeys with single storey outshut to rear. Front has doorway with monolithic jambs flanked by flat faced mullioned windows of three lights with same over and two-light window over door. Barn has segmental arched headed doorway with skewbacks (new C20 window) with three-light mullioned window in keeping over. To right of barn a slightly later two storey cottage breaks forward and has cat slide roof and three-light motioned window to first floor. Three stacks to ridge.
