Dwelling. C17. Rough render, concrete tile roof. A gabled projection to
street, probably originally wing to larger premises, now divided (see 'White
House' qv). Three storeys, one-windowed: in gable two-light casement, at
ground and first floors sashes with glazing bars; also two windows on return
wall, left. Six-panel door in architrave, left. Interior substantially
timber framed, through passage left of gable, main stack in wing, back with
evidence in curved interior walling for original newel stair alongside.
Heavy stopped chamfered beams, and at ground floor, front, post with carved
haunch with initials SW and date 1667.
