Detached house; early to mid C19; Flemish bond brickwork, slate
roof. L-plan, front 3 windows wide, 2-storey. Symmetrical
facade: 6-panel front door, reeded surround with paterae at
corners: steep segmental porch, open beneath, on brackets. 4-pane
wide sashes, stone sills, stepped stone voussoirs to flat arch.
Centre window first floor narrower, but still 4-pane wide. Dentil
eaves, with brick-on-edge dentils. Rear wing on right in random
rubble.
