Mid C19. Two storeys, coursed rubble with rusticated quoin strips. Hipped
tiled roof, joined to side of Ashlar House. Three windows, plate glass
sashes with cornices, central one arched. Rusticated doorway with square
headed door. Gabled extension to left with oculus in gable and door (now
a window) below. Extra storey to rear.
