C17 and C18 modernised. 'L'-plan. Two and a half storeys, coursed rubble
with Cotswold stone roof. Two chimneys, ashlar with moulded capping.
One raking top dormer. Two+two windows on first floor, casements of 2
and 3 lights, the 2 right hand windows have chamfered mouldings and mullions.
The ground floor openings more altered, the 2 left hand windows have a
common label and partly original jambs, the right hand windows have labels,
the left hand one of the 2 is a 3 light mullioned window.
Tented trellis porch with patterned trelliswork. Slightly pointed doorway
in stop chamfer surround. Mullion window to left hand return.
Interior: baffle entry; one beam has ovolo moulding, another a form of
ridge-stop.
Pretty cast iron gate to front garden.
