Early 18th century with alterations. Stucco colourwashed. 2 storeys,
with extra storey below at back towards river. 3 windows. Soffit to eaves,
and to centre and end gables with shaped barge boards. Front gable with flush-
frame sash window. Entrance with 6-panel door in wood case with good shaped
brackets to flat hood. Near-flush-frame sash window, left, now with central
glazing bars only.
