Circa 1832 (thought to be 1824). Three storeys. Yellow brick with gauged
brick flat arches. Paired eaves brackets to slate roof. Five windows, glazing
bar sashes on second and ground floors, French casements on first floor, giving
onto balcony with good cast-iron work. Ground floor stucco with channelled
rustication. Arched central doorway with traceried fanlight. Three panel
door, upper and lower ones with fielded panels, centre flush reeded with central
roundel and original knocker.
