Terrace of 6 houses. c1820. Stucco with limestone dressings,
party wall stacks, slate roof, No.31 has a concrete tile
mansard roof. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. Each of
3 storeys and basement; 2-window range. A composed terrace
with No.31 added to the end, has pilaster strips to a moulded
coping, and an ashlar pediment to No.25. Left-hand doorways,
No.21 in the left return, No.31 in a single-storey right-hand
porch, with moulded semicircular-arched architraves, fanlights
and recessed 6-panel doors. Single 8/8-pane ground-floor sash,
4/8 panes to the attic. No.31 has a full-height full-width
1-window bow, and a dormer window. INTERIOR not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached rear garden wall to No.21 has a
2-centred arched doorway; ramped front garden walls with
capped piers and railings.
