Villa. Early/mid C19. Stucco on masonry with plinth, carved
mid-floor band, rusticated quoins and keyed segmental arches;
hipped dry Delabole slate roof with projecting eaves, 2
rendered stacks on right. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys;
symmetrical 3-window front. Late C19 four-pane horned sashes;
central later C19 glazed transomed porch with coloured margin
panes including central door and moulded cornice to flat roof.
Left-hand return is 2-window range with similar detail to
front plus 2-window bay set back on left with 2 narrow sashes
the one on left with coloured margin panes over ledged door.
INTERIOR: not inspected but said to have most of its original
features including staircase, good plasterwork, panelled doors
and window shutters.
