granite dressings; dry slate roof with slightly projecting
front eaves. Double-depth plan, 2 storeys; 1-window range.
Original 12-pane hornless sash over C20 copy on left; C20
top-glazed door and overlight on the right. INTERIOR not
inspected. Included for group value.
