Entrance Screen, 1887 by Lish. Squared rubble with ashlar dressings.
Rectangular gatepiers with raised centre panels carrying pediments above
fluted friezes; upper parts octagonal with scrolled brackets, with carved
bull on right pier and cock on left; moulded caps with urn finials.
Similar but simpler outer piers; to left low wall with moulded coping
links to North Lodge (q.v.), to right similar wall links to taller
panelled wall with moulded plinth, frieze and cornice; piers at centre
and ends with panelled friezes and ball finials.
