headstones lm east of Church of St

Group of 2 chest tombs and 5 headstones. Mid and late C18.
Limestone. 2 coffin-shaped chest tombs with cherubs and
inscriptions at the head end, the south one dated 1743.
Between them, nearer the church, 2 flat topped headstones, the
left with scrolled cartouche, dated 1739, to one Patchitt. The
right stone has a cherub and an illegible inscription. Farther
from the church, three headstones. The left one, scroll
topped, with an oval panel, the central one arch topped, with
a skull and wreaths, the right one flat topped, with a cherub
in high relief. None of these has a legible date or
inscription.
